All orders must pass an extensive vetting process before leaving our facilities. On rare occasions some banks may take longer to release payment, which may delay the shipping process. Orders placed on Friday will process on the next business day, Monday.

Orders that fail the verification process will be placed on temporary hold. Additional information will be required to verify the recipient’s identity including three forms of ID. If verification is successful the order will advance to the fulfillment process.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@glossyfinds.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
