An email confirmation will be sent to validate your pickup date and time. Our business operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm EST, typically resulting in a response within an hour via email. Responses may take longer during evenings and weekends.

IMPORTANT: If you're unable to meet your driver for pickup please call to cancel or reschedule by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS®(1-800-742-5877). Unfortunately, if you fail to reschedule or cancel your pickup, a re-scheduling fee will be applied on your next pickup. The initial pickup is at no charge 😇
